Alberto’s

active member of the Las Vegas community, Alberto is extremely dedicated
to furthering education and is heavily involved with the local chapter
of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and a Certified
International Property Specialist (CIPS).

Pasquale "Pat" Ciavarella,
AACI |
Pat has been
involved in real estate for the past 29 years as both the broker of his
own successful real estate company and as a broker-salesperson with Nevada
Land.
During his
career, Pat has sold over $250,000,000 in vacant land, investment property
and residential developments. His specialty is in investment properties
and vacant land with experience in international investing in Canada.
Currently,
Pat is an active member of CCIM Las Vegas Chapter, Greater Las Vegas Association
of Realtors, The Augustus Society and Montessori Club. Pat is able to
provide services in English and Italian.
